Saideh Brown is a third-generation estate sale broker, real estate broker, investor, author, and business strategist who has spent more than two decades helping individuals and families navigate life's most significant transitions. As the Founder and CEO of Manor & Vintage, an estate-focused investment firm specializing in legacy assets and inherited properties, she combines real estate expertise with estate administration, valuation strategy, and legacy planning to help clients maximize the value of their most important assets.

Born in New Jersey and raised in Greenwich Village, New York City, Saideh's early life was shaped by one of the world's most culturally diverse neighborhoods. Growing up among artists, entrepreneurs, historic brownstones, and the vibrant energy of downtown Manhattan instilled a lifelong appreciation for architecture, community, preservation, and the stories that homes carry across generations.

She began her professional career in corporate finance before launching her first business in 1996—a pioneering retail communications company that grew into multiple locations during the pager industry's peak. Recognizing changing market conditions as cellular technology emerged, she successfully exited the business, demonstrating the entrepreneurial foresight that would become a hallmark of her career.

Since 2003, Saideh has authored books, delivered keynote presentations, and advised organizations on leadership, entrepreneurship, branding, and personal development. Her work has evolved alongside her own entrepreneurial journey—from cultural identity and business growth to wealth stewardship, estate transitions, and legacy preservation.

Today, her work centers on the intersection of real estate, estates, and family legacy.

As a licensed North Carolina real estate broker and New York real estate salesperson, Saideh specializes in listing and selling residential properties, with particular expertise in inherited homes, probate real estate, estate settlements, and legacy assets. She is known for simplifying complex situations, helping executors, heirs, attorneys, trustees, and families navigate difficult decisions with clarity, professionalism, and compassion.

Her long-term vision is to build Manor & Vintage into one of the nation's premier estate-focused real estate brokerages—an advisory firm recognized not simply for selling homes, but for guiding families through some of life's most important financial and emotional transitions. Her philosophy is simple: every property has a story, every family deserves trusted guidance, and every legacy should be handled with care.

From luxury residences and historic homes to inherited properties requiring thoughtful disposition, Saideh approaches every engagement as both a trusted advisor and strategic advocate. She believes that real estate is rarely just about property—it is about people, purpose, and preserving opportunity for the next generation.

Beyond business, Saideh has served on three multi-million-dollar nonprofit boards and previously served as President of the National Council of Women at the United Nations, where she championed women's economic empowerment and global leadership initiatives.
